This year’s RISE West Summit 2021 featured a session that explored ways payers can accelerate member SDOH strategies, program development and ROI. Our Chief Solutions Officer, Ashley Perry, participated in this panel both in-person and virtually on September 2, 2021.
Ashley was joined by industry experts, Brian McClane of Priority Health and TransUnion Healthcare’s, Jim Bohnsack. The panel discussed the need to identify social risk factors, alongside clinical and claims information, to build and sustain successful programs. Specifically, Brian delved into the full-cycle SDOH approach he has deployed at Priority Health to proactively address the needs of its member population. Ashley shared how she’s been working with payer clients across the country (including Priority) to provide meaningful social risk insights for sustainable and measurable intervention programs at scale.
