Access to high-speed, affordable broadband is key to advancing health equity by ensuring all people have the opportunity to utilize digital health tools, however it isn’t the only consideration. Our Chief Solutions Officer, Ashley Perry recently moderated an Executives for Health Innovation panel that explored why the internet alone is not enough to close the digital divide and steps the healthcare industry can take to build solutions for all patient populations. The panel rounded out an insightful few days at last month’s Digital Health Equity Summit. Ashley joined industry experts to discuss the importance of building tools that are culturally appropriate, easy to navigate and available in non-English languages.
